If your TV opens the Settings menu when you try to change the channel, we recommend checking the remote control first — make sure the Settings button isn’t stuck or being accidentally triggered. You can also try a power cycle by unplugging the TV for 60 seconds, then plugging it back in. If the issue continues, a factory reset may help: go to Settings > All Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings.

Poor customer service for a damaged product.

LG service said it was likely damaged in shipment even though there was no visible issue with the box. Best Buy call center said they could not do anything and I had to return it to a store. The store said since it was purchased online, they could not accept an exchange (really?!). Very frustrating.

HDMI shortage for all my uses.

Found out after purchase that one of the 3 HDMI ports was for eARC. Leaving only 2 HDMI ports. Cable takes up another. Leaving only one port for ROKU box or my BluRay player. Guess this I why it was so cheap. Beware you need more HDMI ports if you have Games and Other devices. Not the best solution for me!

Worst Store ever

Didn’t tell us about advertised sale

So we bought another 45 inch and did not buy the 85 inch. They lost a sale on a bigger tv.

LG UT70 Review

Having to plug it up under the connector panel means the power connector keeps getting dragged out of the connector and turning the power off. Fixed it with a bit of duct tape and now it works OK.

However I felt like the manager PROFILED MY APPEARANCE; HE DEMANDED I PULL OUT MY I.D. TO VERIFY MY VERACITY. HE COULD HAVE EASILY EXAMINED MY VALID MO. LICENSE THROUGH THE WINDOW IF THE BILLFOLD POCKET. THEN HE ACTED SMUG. THAT WAS A FIRST FOR ME. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS FROM YOU Over THE YEARS. REALLY CAUGHT ME OFF Guard. EVEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPENT THE DAY AT YARDWORK HAVE PURCHASE RIGHTS !!!!
