Before delivery I decided to purchase the 55" Class A1 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV instead of the corresponding 48" LG TV. Very satisfied with the delivered 55" LG OLED TV. I am not a "gamer" so the A! model instead of the CI TV is very fine for my viewing needs. Upgrade made to 55" TV before delivery.

I end up buying this TV because of the price it was on sale for $800 but after looking at some reviews if you add a couple of more dollars to the TV you can get a bigger one and better one I don't recommend this TV because of the HDMI ports but for someone that's not into gaming this is a perfect TV

Picture is great but sound is hard to control from one station to another, Channel 8 is especially bad!

I can't give a review of the actual tv yet. It is not installed, since Best Buy does not install 48 inch tvs. I will update review when it is installed and I can watch it. The product information sounds like it will be an excellent choice. Good buy for the sale price.

I special ordered a Flat screen television on line, a fifty inch, to fit the wall space my other one was located at. I was notified via email when it arrived at your New Braunfels location. A kind employee brought it out to my vehicle and done! Yeah!

Good size and picture quality. I purchased the LG 3.1 Sound bar for better sound quality.

Beautiful tv! My first OLED and my god is it beautiful. Every movie I’ve played on it looks amazing and detailed. The ONLY con I might have is that I use this tv in my bedroom at night and the CC is really bright.

Amazing customer service! Was very willing to answer any questions I had and ultimately led me to a purchase that I did not regret for even a second!

Picture is great, that's about it. Worked great for almost 3 weeks, but 6 days after it was too late to return the sound stopped working when switching between live tv and apps. If I turn the tv off then back on the sound resumes. Fine if switching to tv from app, but if trying to use app then turning the tv off and on puts it back to live tv. Found a fix online but it doesn't work for long. I now have to use my external roku to watch apps. Don't know yet how good LGs warranty service is. This one's on me for not paying attention to very short return period, but for sure will never make a large purchase from Best Buy again.

Excellent audio and video quality. Perfect for a large bedroom.

Overall we are very pleased with this new TV. One weird thing is it popping up in the corner asking if we want to see XYZ person's outfit.

This tv has a lot of good features but causes eye strain due to image stuttering caused by an incredibly fast response time with 24fps content (e.g movies and tv shows), and I’m not willing to use motion interpolation due to the soap opera effect.

This TV is the BEST TV EVER! There is so much you can do on it! And the speak button on the remote makes it all even easier!

I am very pleased with the TV itself. I cannot rate it 5 star, because I have had only two weeks' experience. Ask me again next year and the following, etc. The proof is in the pudding--not the first taste.
