Great TV, better when it’s on sale
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV for the price, vivid colors and decent upscaling of sub-HD content. 4K content looks great as well. I would recommend picking this up when it’s on sale. Just keep in mind it only goes up for 60Hz, so it’s not viable for high end gaming.

Although many of the scenes were predictable, our new LG OLED 48A1, 48" model brought real life to my viewing experience. From the toothless goobers, whitewater rapids and the horrifying Ned Beatty scene it was FANTASTIC! I am very, very happy with my purchase and recommend the model.

Fantastic tv, excellent customer service

The "magic" remote is kind of weird, but I only use it for setup, for which purpose it is adequate. I bought an open box unit that was damaged in shipping. Best buy stood by their policy and replaced the damaged item with a new one with a minimum of hastle.
