I am considering returning the TV because of the REMOTE itself. It is truly awful. The remote control is the most poorly designed piece of hardware I've encountered in my life. Issues that show an incredibly bad design team: 1) there is a TREMENDOUSLY IRRITATING "mouse cursor" that can't be disabled (permanently, you can temporarily but it comes back). 2) no "pause/play" button. Supposedly the center "wheel" when pressed does it but it doesn't work for some apps (e.g., Youtube). Overall, I am on the edge. Return or not... have some days to decide. Sigh, if they only had an option to fix these things (would be a minor firmware update, but alas it does not appear to be forthcoming).
