    Okay. I did call with in to report some problems and I was ignored. I was advised this was common. I was horrified. I held on hold forever and realized they didn’t care.

    Picture is great. Difficult time getting apps to work/update. Had to change the DNS to make apps update. Multiple resets of tv back to factory settings. Still having some difficulty after connecting to wireless. Would likely switch back to Samsung on next purchase because setup with that brand is easy. Disappointing because the picture itself is very good.
