    This TV comes loaded with a lot of LG type apps and other undesirable apps. My personal downloaded apps only worked on this TV for for or five months then eventually all of the streaming apps stopped working. i first called my internet provider, had a tech come out to install new wires I even increase my internet speed. I eventually called LG tech as I was within warranty and they would just pass me on from one tech person to another for almost a week straight. My apps still can't play the TV and it's just been a waste of my time.

    TV display is beautiful and built in speakers are good but I have several issues: 1. Bluetooth does not auto-connect to speakers and the output device has to be selected every time the TV is re-powered, and this is only when it is able to connect. 2. Inputs seem exceedingly laggy when hooking up devices or playing video games from PC

    Don't waster your money with LG!!! TV is locked in pixel cleaning mode after less than 2 years and have tried every step recommended by LG support to fix this with no luck. Waste of money!! Have literally spent 6-7 hours with LG online chat trying to fix this and I just keep getting the same steps recommended. Hard reset multiple times, ran pixel cleaning for an entire afternoon. Buy a Samsung.

    Shocked by how average this tv is. Sure, it is an OLED…. but it’s very dim overall. It’s also extremely sluggish. BE AWARE: WebOS is absolutely horrid, and the biggest problem with this tv. Little customizability, and the tv loves to default to the LG Channels app, which drives me absolutely nuts.
