No Alexa/Google Compatibility!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV works great but it is falsely advertised as working with Alexa/Google Home. LG simply does not release webos updates for this TV and it is stuck at version 3.3 when 4.0 is needed for this functionality.

Not that great.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent quality, but don’t feel like I’m getting the hype of “OLED”, as the picture isn’t phenomenally clear. Also, the remote and software is really laggy, and doesn’t perform as it should for such an expensive TV..

Will get a bigger size TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No issues but would get a bigger size as it looks and feels small.

Nothing special
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's fine? I don't really get the excitement. If it hadn't been on a huge sale I would be really disappointed for the price. It works, no issues, but nothing special? Also the smart tv remote is infuriating. And you can't permanently disable it, only temporarily. Grrr.

Blurry Picture, Returned
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The interface was nice. The picture quality was subpar. Seemed like the refresh rate was too slow and the picture was blurry. Could not make out fine details compared to something like the Samsung Neo QLED. I returned.

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't download apps without signing in to an lg account? What a load of bull. Picture quality is good and priced at $600 its a good entry for oled, however lg's ui is unbearable.

Terrible Customer Support - A Complete Nightmare!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with Best Buy, and it wasn’t just a one-time issue. Whether it’s their online support or in-store staff, the level of incompetence and indifference is astonishing. Each time I’ve contacted their customer support, I’ve been given conflicting information and “resolutions” that turned out to be useless. It’s clear that there’s zero communication between their online team and their physical stores, leaving customers stuck in a frustrating cycle of finger-pointing. Even worse, their employees seem completely uninterested in actually helping resolve issues. No accountability, no effort to make things right, and certainly no concern for how their actions impact the customer experience. If you’re considering shopping at Best Buy, don’t. There are far better options out there—places like Amazon or Newegg actually know how to treat their customers with respect and provide real solutions when things go wrong. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Best Buy is just not worth the hassle.
