Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the superb picture quality, rich colors, and ease of use of the 48" Class A2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Many appreciate the OLED technology and the TV's lightweight design, making it easy to wall-mount. However, some users find the refresh rate and remote control less than ideal, and a few have expressed concerns about the user interface and operating system. The price point is frequently praised as a significant advantage.

Terrible Customer Support - A Complete Nightmare!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with Best Buy, and it wasn’t just a one-time issue. Whether it’s their online support or in-store staff, the level of incompetence and indifference is astonishing. Each time I’ve contacted their customer support, I’ve been given conflicting information and “resolutions” that turned out to be useless. It’s clear that there’s zero communication between their online team and their physical stores, leaving customers stuck in a frustrating cycle of finger-pointing. Even worse, their employees seem completely uninterested in actually helping resolve issues. No accountability, no effort to make things right, and certainly no concern for how their actions impact the customer experience. If you’re considering shopping at Best Buy, don’t. There are far better options out there—places like Amazon or Newegg actually know how to treat their customers with respect and provide real solutions when things go wrong. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Best Buy is just not worth the hassle.

Lack of memory
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like to use web browser often, I would stay away from webOS TVs. They lack a significant amount of memory and can't play web browser videos without crashing.

Stuck with this thing….
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely disappointed with this television. The remote is a joke! Not only do I have to learn it I have to keep showing my family. It is not an easily intuitive navigation remote. Also we have to keep using our SPECTRUM remote in order to watch cable and have anything record. My 60 day window to return was up beginning of Jan and I was out of town for the holidays. So now I am stuck with this stupid tv that is now starting to glitch and have screen issues….

Lowest of the OLEDs
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s an alright tv. Certainly issues with contrast; there is no definition in dark colors. Even BB workers said it was a Christmas gimmick model. Returned for a C3.

Can't even set up properly...waste of time!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased this TV because the price couldn't be beat and I was very excited about it. Unfortunately, that excitement ended when I tried to set the TV up. I spent over 3 hours last night trying to get it to work properly. I had to reset it to initial settings twice because it couldn't even automatically connect to the correct timezone that I am in, unplug and plug back in multiple times, reset my modem multiple times to fix the connection because I kept getting error messages when trying to access the apps, and even now the only app I am able to install is Netflix (can't install Hulu, Amazon prime, Disney+, etc). I will need to return this VERY disappointing purchase.

LG vs Samsung
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have Samsung TVs through out the house, this LG wasn’t compatible without major change. Also the remote has a “mouse” button which doesn’t work well. It’s hard to bring up and control. I took it back and bought a Samsung TV.
