Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the superb picture quality, rich colors, and ease of use of the 48" Class A2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Many appreciate the OLED technology and the TV's lightweight design, making it easy to wall-mount. Terrible for computer use. Best Buy returns bad.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried to use this as a monitor. Total disaster. Waste of money. The screen lags badly, and the brightness turns down all the time with no setting to turn that off. Best Buy won’t take back after two weeks. I spent that time trying to get the thing working properly. Will never buy from Bestbuy again. All other vendors give you 30-90 days for return.

Optical port just sitting in the unit
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the TV for 3 months. I just tried for the first time to hook the optical cable up to my amp. No audio was coming out. So I went to pull the cable out and the whole port came with it. It was just barley sitting in the TV apparently seemingly not connected to anything. So it seems to get my full audio spectrum I will have to continue to use my Chromecast or Roku rather than use the Smart features built into the TV.

Refresh Rate
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just go for the 120HZ version. Don’t waste your time with this one. You’ll be seeing shooting stars during sporting events.

WebOS 22 sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from WebOS 2 this WebOS 22 is a joke. I honestly hate it. Why are there so many advertisements on TVs. Like I just want a simple app bar and the ability to go back and fourth between apps. This TV is trash if I have to buy a separate device to access content.

Defective from Open Box
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV open box from Best Buy. When I got home to power it on, the screen would not turn on. I’m guessing the TV was returned because of a defect, but was accidentally put back into circulation? I ended up returning the TV and purchasing a non-oled model instead.

Do not buy open box
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sorry to say this, but open box products are the worst. I'm really angry because I missed out on a deal by buying the cheapest option, thinking it was just an open box, but the TV was more than just used and it came without a remote control

The Great Buy That Wasn't
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We thought this was a great buy but the audio and the picture won't stay in sync. And I believe the plug-in on the power cord is defective. When we unplug it to re-boot the TV it won't power up when we plug it back in. We have to try several plug-ins before it will connect. Can we get a new power cord?

Worst OS ever.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture, terrible OS. Im not sure if its because its a 2022 model, but the app store wont launch most of the time. Cannot get half of the apps to work once you finally do get them downloaded. Unless you want yo use a fire stick, buy a Sony.
