Many appreciate the OLED technology and the TV's lightweight design, making it easy to wall-mount. Not happy - spectrum app not available
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is good but I am a spectrum TV customer and this LG Tv platform does not accept the spectrum TV app which is very disappointing to me. I would not buy this again until they accept more apps like spectrum.

Suggest avoiding this LG OLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture looks like watercolor without high definition or resolution -- worse than my seven year old Insignia 42" led. All picture adjustments are set for the best possible results, My provider sends up to 300 mbps. This LG TV is a major disappointment.

Disappointing Sound Quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is less than desirable. It goes in and out and sometimes there is a popping sound. It's disappointing to purchase an item that you think will be great based on the brand (LG), only to discover that it isn't.

Garbage
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv stopped working immediately after return window closed. On my 3rd warranty repair request with LG and the needed part is back ordered. Sounds like a common problem with this tv. Probably why it’s so heavily discounted. Don’t buy. Waste of money.

No more LG TV’s for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought (3) 48” LG TV’s as they were on sale (Black Friday pricing). Very hard to set-up using WiFi. Had to jump thru numerous hoops. They always buffer for several minutes before being able to watch TV. Probably will never buy another LG. Samsung and Sony are so much easier to use.

Not much good to say about it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst TV I’ve tried to use. Won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi (entering Wi-Fi passcode pretty much every time I want to watch TV), won’t stay connected to YouTube TV - just spins and says I need to open the mobile app on a device on the same Wi-Fi as the TV. Cannot add apps for my TV subscription (FrndlyTV). All around, it’s been a miserable and frustrating experience with this TV. Picture is blurry and low grade often. It’s cheap for a reason…I had no issues with my old TV using Apple 4K to access everything.

Dissatisfied Customer
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the product on February 16. It ceased turning on April 22. It is under warranty, but LG can not find a technician in my area to fix the issue. Best Buy will not fix the issue as it is under LG warranty. Here I sit with a television that does not work and for which I am unable to get serviced.

TV echoes uncontrollably
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really want to love this TV but it has an echoing problem that goes in and out. I’ve tweaked all the various sound settings but that hasn’t helped the outcome. This tv continues to echo as you change the channel or a commercial comes on. I would not recommend this tv due to that

LG No Longer the Quality it Once Was
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was initially happy with the TV but in several months it developed a hot smell and then a blue line. Then I reported it to LG as it was supposed to be under warranty. Don't trust LG, they are a bad company. Will never buy LG again.
