    This is an ok set, for the price I would expected more. Picture is just ok, and the sound quality is terrible. Doing it again I would purchase the set at half the price, picture and sound were about the same.

    Great audiovisuals - controls need work

    Straight forward set up with input modes with antenna and wireless Internet available. Crisp, layered visuals. Newer productions - mode for TV or movies - take on a 3-dimensional aspect. Sound without added speakers is more than adequate for a 25x20 room. The controls are less intuitive. The main functions, such as selecting a TV channel, should be top layer commands. The cursor, very sensitive becomes difficult to maneuver from a distance. This impacts all functions from a simple search to selecting a stream.As a career technologist, I consider systems that require me to read the manual for basic functions to be poorly designed. This TV's controls borders on poor design.

    It lasted JUST over 1 year, just past warranty and picture died.

    I was skeptical at first because of the huge discount, from $1299 to $550 was, what seem to be a big red flag but, boy was i wrong. The picture quality is amazing, colors pop right out at you, and the colors look btight and natrual. There are color/picture options that can adjust to movies or gaming, and they work well. I have a samsung surround sound, and the tv made that even sound clearer. Vocals and bass. The tv also supports HDR, 4k UHD, 2160. Gaming on it is very pleasing to the eye. Although, only a 60Hz screen it was still fun and smooth to play on. And of course, the best part of it all, I got an OLED screen for a great price. Highly recommend.

    So screena are supposed to be flat this one happen to come like a banana. I did return it and bought a sony 55 oled.

    TV was terrible kept cutting pic out and sound, never stayed on more than a few minutes

    Poor design of legs

    I ended up returning this because the legs were too far apart and wouldn’t sit in my TV cabinet which has a raised pull out platform.

    Worst TV ever. Sound completely off. You have to flip the channel to have the sound realign.

    Not happy at all. On the 16th day the tv started with problems. Would return it or exchange in a bit.

    TV Stand Mounts Stripped

    One of the mounts for the screws was stripped- Caused a lot of problems and it is sold out so I can’t exchange it.

    Amazing black levels and contrast on this TV. We got ours in a 48 inch so its a great size for a small or medium size bedroom. The TV speakers is very dynamic and full of volume. Very happy with purchase.

    Clarity of picture and text: Superb. Colors pop, as if you can peel the color off the screen. Movies, gaming, both have multiple features to enhance the experience. Setup was breezy, took a few minutes. Highly recommend. Especially for the price.

    Last years model but still a great panel

    I downsized from a 70" QLED to this and I'm happy I moved. The screen is sharp, blacks are very black, and overall color is bright is beautiful. Only reason why not a 5 is the LG OS software and apps. Some require you to log in to LG's account and share your username and PW with them in order to use that app. Nope!
