Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the superb picture quality, rich colors, and ease of use of the 48" Class A2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Many appreciate the OLED technology and the TV's lightweight design, making it easy to wall-mount. However, some users find the refresh rate and remote control less than ideal, and a few have expressed concerns about the user interface and operating system. The price point is frequently praised as a significant advantage.

Beautiful picture just outstanding real to life imaging Easy set up and ease of menu use only issue makes noise on start up not why but hopefully won’t get worse Did it on set up and continues . Louder some times than others But love the set.

Great TV that I got an unbelievable deal on. Blows the picture away of any other 4k TV I ever owned. Not even in the same ballpark. It’s like I’m actually in the scene when the show is recorded. OLED is the way to go if you love a quality picture.

Great value for an OLED TV when getting it with blackfriday discount. Wonderful color and responding speed. Love the OS of LG, super easy to use and customize.

I love this LG A2! The size is great and the colors are bright and vivid. Go OLED! I do miss having more HDMI ports (I am having to use an HDMI splitter) and I wish the TV included a headphone jack. I think no 120Hz is okay as long as you are buying this on a sale (otherwise go for the B2, C2, or G2). I’m glad eARC is also included!

This was a life saver and was even better because it was on sale!! Daughter's TV went out and saw this was on a special short sale and quickly got to Best Buy to purchase it. Easy set up, picture quality is amazing!! Great TV! Would have gotten larger, but with the stand and room size, needed to keep at this size TV.

Great OLED TV. Grabbed it on sale and am shocked at how incredible the picture and ease of use are. Congrats to anyone that grabbed the A2. I heard LG is not releasing this “A” model in the US next year. Quite sad as it’s a phenomenal entry level OLED for kids/bedrooms/PlayStation users. 5 star TV at 2 star price!!!

Got this TV for the game room. I think it was the right call as the room is generally dark and light is easily controlled. Got it on sale so that part was good, too. Great contrast, vivid colors, great viewing angles.

Not a 5 star. The quality, color and brightness is the 4 stars. The UI of the TV is terribly slow and sluggish, has nothing to do with internet speeds. The lack of a 120hz native refresh rate is badly effecting the quality. Lots of frame ripping. Other than that the over quality is very nice compared to my other non oled LG model.

I love it. We have it in our bedroom and it’s easily the nicest TV in our house, that includes the $2,000 70” LED tv in our living room. It’s more than bright enough even with our windows are open on a sunny day. I don’t have a console or computer set up to it so I can’t say how gaming would be, but given how well it does with fast paced sports like football and basketball, I would say 4k 60fps gaming should be fine. If you haven’t seen an OLED in person before, then you don’t know what true HDR should look like. The blacks are so black that if I turn on a black screen test on YouTube, you can’t even tell the TV is on. If you can get this on sale (I think it goes under $600 a lot) then there’s not a better tv on the market. If it’s over $800 then I’d probably pay a little extra for the C2 for the added features and 120hz refresh rate. Also the speakers are good enough for most viewing experiences (enough so that my wife didn’t realize our sound bar hasn’t been working for over a month) but obviously the bass is going to suffer without an external subwoofer.

Love this TV. The depth of the picture is amazing. The colors are so bright and detail is spectacular. I have lost some sight in my left eye so spacial depth is not as good as it used to be. So this TV helps me enjoy the details.

Great picture and simple to use! LG has the easiest smart TV functions and controls for those of us who aren't tech savvy. But even my "savvy" children were impressed with this TV! This smaller version is for a bedroom but I'm looking to buy the same TV in a larger size for an outside , covered of course, area of our home.

For a bedroom TV, the price is nice and the video quality is really good. Not useful as a gaming tv as it's only 60hz and doesn't that many inputs, but for watching content, it's good. The interface and magic remote are good. Out of the box it wasn't able to connect to Google home, but after updates, now it can, which is nice.

This Tv has a great picture. It is replacing the old plasma benchmark of the a Pioneer elite tv. Color and picture on this is outstanding. Once you get past the learning curve of using the remote it’s been a real joy

Great TV with excellent picture quality. The I'll negative is that I do not like the Wii like remote control and wish that the motion controls could be turned off. Is a minor gripe and the TV is pretty much perfect otherwise.

Having an OLED TV has been a dream for a few years for me but the price had always been way out of budget. However when I saw this deal for $570 for an OLED TV I knew I couldnt pass it up. Amazing black levels and very thin. Yes only 60hz refresh rate but I am not a big gamer so it didnt make much of a difference to me.

The best bang for your bucks before Black Friday. I was thinking between the Samsung QLED and this TV. However, the special price was hard to pass. The color is stunning after your turn off the energy saving mode and lower the contrast. I've been watching a lot of 4k clips on Youtube and the picture quality is excellent.

This is an awesome TV! The price was the best ever on a Black Friday, but it would be a great buy at retail. The colors are bright and vibrant. Especially the deep and true blacks. Sound quality is very good, But I paired it with a LG sound bar.

    Review LG 48" OLED

48" LG OLED is a nice entry level OLED TV. Great picture quality and razor sharp. Make sure you have a very good signal, or you might be disappointed. As far as this TV, our only negative is the 60HZ refresh rate. Sporting events will show a blur in action scenes. Price was right and we are enjoying our LG OLED.

    The Perfect Bedroom TV

This is the best TV you can get for $600. The image quality is great and the built in speakers aren’t bad either. It handles light from my large south facing double window well, I was concerned after Rtings.com reviews and thankfully in my situation it works great. Brightness doesn’t pop as well as other OLED but they are over 2x the price and it is still very good. Another concession is the 4k 120 hdmi, I had no need and again at least 2x the price to get it. There is stutter in transitions at times but not that ive noticed during movies just in the OS or Apps so ehh. Overall fantastic image, decent audio, and unbelievable price making it a perfect bedroom tv at the cost.
