Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the superb picture quality, rich colors, and ease of use of the 48" Class A2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Many appreciate the OLED technology and the TV's lightweight design, making it easy to wall-mount. However, some users find the refresh rate and remote control less than ideal, and a few have expressed concerns about the user interface and operating system. The price point is frequently praised as a significant advantage.

Bought this for my den, basic TV watching. Its colors are solid for viewing, especially if you wont accept anything less than OLED. I dont game so I dont need the high refresh rate models.

Great television. I am not a big fan of the magic remote. The cursor jumps too much for me and it doesn’t stay steady. I think the tv is great. I like the black levels. Clear picture when watching.

The pointer speed on the Magic Remote controller can be adjusted via the Accessibility options. Press the gear button on your remote control, the go to Settings > All Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Options > move Tracking Speed to slow. ^Jennifer LG

The TV comes without a manual for “environmental” reasons whereas the box is full of styrofoam and it makes no sense. Trying to use the online manual is a horrendous expe. User interface of the remote is not great. However the picture quality of the TV is excellent. Worth buying when it is on sale.

Good tv. Still trying to figure the perfect settings. Only thing I don’t like is that it takes an extra step to watch my cable. Last tv I had had put on the cable box through the cable’s remote. This tv I have to use it’s remote to choose to watch the cable, then switch to cable remote. I would rather just use one remote like my last tv.

9/10 tv everything about it is amazing OLED of course just stunning colors the only thing I don’t like about this is that it’s 60hz if it was atleast 90hz I’d give it a 10/10

So far so great. Basically, it’s the same screen quality as your smartphone- only 48 inches. Expected OLED quality. Some think it’s dim, but there’s a setting you can change that unlocks brightness, so google this and increase it to 90, then it’s all good.

At full price, i would recommend saving a little extra to get the C2. I got this on sale for half of the C2 for black friday which makes up for its cons. Its brighter which means a lot because this tv doesnt get too bright. The room i have it in has blackout curtains so it doesnt matter as much, but this would not work in a sunlit room. Still, amazing picture, great blacks that makes everything look great.

For a Budget Friendly OLED Display it is wonderful! Having owned this exact model for over a year there is 0 signs of screen burn even after constant use. Now if you’re a casual gamer 60FPs at 4K is plenty for you and the family, also enjoy the crisp sounds with multiple different options!

Seems like a good television although I still do not understand why the volume cannot be controlled by the tv remote nor do I understand why certain streaming channels (like Kanopy) cannot be added without a ROKU. Hopefully this set lasts longer than the 50" Insignia tv i purchased previuosly and died after two years.

Woah, picture is brilliant. The tiny bezel makes the image blend into the space, like an infinity pool. The sound is adequate. I use the TV sound as well as a sound bar for movies. Overall very pleased with this purchase. I bought this over a Black Friday sale, so the price was good too.

This tv is a no brainer to get , picture is amazing and the colors are mindblowing and for the price its a steal, one downside with this tv is that the refresh rate is only 60 hz

This TV has been a pleasant surprise. It was a deal for Black Friday. The picture is great for a TV this size. The magic remote takes some getting use to. Very happy with this purhase.

Wow, I will never be able to watch a standard "non OLED TV" again. The picture quality, details, colors, depth is beyond anything I've ever seen and the fact that I purchased this LG OLED (Best Buy) at such a low price is even more satisfying.

I have the 55" C2 OLED and this A2 is right there with the quality and it's half the price. The only difference is running a gaming system on the C2 is better. If you're looking for a great OLED under $1000, then this is the TV for you.

I’m pretty happy with this TV, the blacks are super dark and it has been really enjoyable. If you haven’t upgraded your TV in a while (like me) I’ve really come to enjoy all the smart features that come along with it. The picture is crisp and I also purchase the geeksquad warranty along with the TV so I’m covered for 5 years. I did have a few issues with my open box purchase: The stands underneath the TV didn’t install properly because the previous user stripped the screws. Thankfully this wasn’t a huge issue because I ended up wall mounting it. Note - Do not purchase a wall mount that can only mount to one stud The second, bigger issue for me was that the person who returned this TV returned the same model but with a different serial number from what was on the box. I didn’t even realize this nor was I notified until I was about to throw away the box. There was a printout from Bestbuy showing the product having been examined just a few days before I picked up and it stated that the return wasn’t the same serial number. The TV itself has been working fine and I spoke to Luis at the pasadena location and he mentioned it will be covered regardless. Overall the picture is fantastic, the sound is surprisingly boomy for a flat screen tv, and the smart options are wonderful. If you’re going to game and are okay with 60hz I’d say give this TV a shot.
