We’ve tried everything to get the sound right in this tv but nothing works. You’ll turn the sound to a respectable level and all the sudden it becomes painfully loud. We spend all our time turning this tv up and down. It doesn’t matter what setting we try the sound is terrible. We are considering whether to return this because frankly we do t want to damage our ears. Sorry! We really want to love this beautiful tv but we just hate the sound issues that it has.

For some of us older folks, making the leap to the newest technology can be a challenge, but the setup and first use was a breeze. I appreciate the adjustment of sound so that most background noise is very helpful for my husband who has severe hearing loss. I haven't figured out how to connect his hearing aids yet and that may take a visit with customer support. The capability to access the internet allowed us to watch our granddaughters Christmas Concert at school live. What a treat to be able to watch and clearly identify your loved ones. So far, we are truly enjoying the TV.

Visuals are amazing, those 90's sitcoms seem like they were just filmed.

Great quality but setup issue

Only issue was just setup was a little tricky. Remember having some issues trying to register the device, but things have been great since then.
