My only gripe with Best Buy is that when we bought this, *Nobody* mentioned that our old cable box might not be compatible with a 4K UHD. Fortunately, that occurred to me at 3am 24 hours before delivery! We postponed the delivery until we could exchange our cable device.

Far better viusuals and sound than the old TV.. Brightness is not an issue unless in direct sunlight which all TVs suffer from that issue. The pro sound feature immensely improves the speakers. My external roku ultra easily integrates with and is controlled by the TV remote. Defintky recommend for tv in a bedroom. You will not be disappointed!

I could not find Acorn TV; LG doesn't have the app or the ability to allow me to download it. It advertised 300 streaming channels and that's not there!! The sound would fade in and out. There was a teardrop running around the screen that was very annoying..I believe it was a pointer but getting it to stay put was next to impossible..you had to hit any button to get rid of it. The picture was excellent, but that wasn't enough for me to not encourage my husband to return it.
