Didn't Live Up to Expectations

It might be the "cumbersome" remote mentioned in another review, but navigating the apps and other areas is beyond annoying. I would have returned it a few days after getting it home, but I'm 75 and don't get around very well and the BB store is quite a ways away. If I had to do it over again, I'd spend a little more and get a more reliable set with a user-friendly remote.
