ONLY 15 DAY RETURN POLICY!!

Said it's past 15 days! Needs to be serviced by LG technician. Called LG, tech says it's the board! Wait 3 weeks. Tech comes out with board. Dose some test, it's not the board! It's the screen. Now I have to wait for that! Called best buy again, said tv is defective and want my money back! Once again they refused! So.. now i have a $700 tv thats been down longer then I've watched it! I'll never buy from best buys again!!

Love the TV Did not like the service.

Passed it on to another person and nothing. Same thing when I went in to buy a computer earlier this year. The person wasn't at all interested in helping me. I went home and spent $2,200.00 on a new computer online. I won't be back.

Bye Bye Best Buy

Between receiving a scratched TV with missing screws and talking to ten, yes ten different representatives(including a “supervisor”), shipping delays(the least of my issues at least FedEx communicates with its customers and is transparent) anyways rant aside I can confidently say this will be my last purchase from Best Buy. As a former employee I am so disappointed in how I was treated and still have no solution to the issues I am facing.

Very nice tv

It was very overwhelming to jump to the new layout and verything at first, but it was a smooth ride to operate once you get a hang of it. Graphic is good and definitely pair very well with the ps5 pro. It is a good investment if you need a budget oled tv.
