The picture quality of the OLED display is great, the sound quality, in spite of its Dolby Atmos is not as good as my good old Panasonic Viera Plasma. But my real issue is with the voice recognition which only works when it feels like it, making it very unreliable (best to use the remote buttons). I was told in an online forum (not in LG's instruction manual) that unplugging the TV and plugging it back in would correct the problem. It did for 2 days. Then it went back to working only on every 2nd or third try. Not worth the effort. I see from online comments that I'm not alone in this. LG should not be marketing a feature unless they are sure it works. I can live with pushing the buttons since that's what I'm used to, but don't add features that only detract from the the quality of an otherwise good product. As a TV, it's great, but if you're buying this solely because you can give it voice commands, get yourself a dog.

Having bought an LG 55" B2 TV last summer, I found that I preferred watching all TV on this LG rather than the older Samsung we had. I felt like I was really present like virtual reality with the nature scenes. Therefore, I liked the picture quality so much I bought another LG (48" C2) for the bedroom to replace the Samsung. I do not care for the magic remote, but the picture quality makes it worthwhile and the adjustment to the remote is not difficult.

We replaced our 40” led bedroom tv with this 48” C2 Oled. We are so glad we did! Picture is crisp, night scenes are so much better in detail, picture is bright and crisp. The sound is great! Where our old tv wouldn’t get louder past a certain point, this one keeps on going where a sound bar is just not needed. We are now looking to upgrade our living room tv with this same oled just bigger. Well done LG!

Awesome doesn’t do it justice. I got this as my main monitor for my work computer and my gaming computer. For work I use a company issued dell laptop and this thing is just excellent for daily tech related work. I was initially concerned that the PPI would be too low, but honestly the text all renders great. I don’t think it’s be too good for work if you went one size up though. The 48” is where it’s at. For gaming?!?! There’s just nothing that even compares. Black blacks, picture perfect color. It’s amazing.

TV is great. Best Buy customer is worst experience I ever had. Spent over 7 hours on the phone over 2 days dealing with unknowledgeable, incapable, representatives with no capability to get me a TV that I fully paid for. I will never purchase any large item from Best Buy again, and would recommend to all to exercise caution in dealing with Best Buy. BEWARE!
