Spent over 7 hours on the phone over 2 days dealing with unknowledgeable, incapable, representatives with no capability to get me a TV that I fully paid for. I will never purchase any large item from Best Buy again, and would recommend to all to exercise caution in dealing with Best Buy. BEWARE!

The screen is great and can be had at a very reasonable price. So very happy there! However, there are some of the details are less than stellar First, you'll want to adjust the picture mode because the default modes are far too bright and don't look natural. Second, LG's Web OS is limited and doesn't support certain apps (ESPN+, Kanopy). Third, the remote is really atrocious. Keys are placed in odd places and there is no backlighting, meaning I am constantly hitting the wrong key when watching at night. Annoying. Solving the first issue requires getting to know your settings. I have solved the last two issues with a $30 Roku and now run most programming through the Roku... so there's an easy, inexpensive workaround.

I'am Not Big on Tech But

I often question myself it this is the LG C2 48" because it does an excellent job with brightness. All most too bright for a bedroom tv. I like the ability to seamlessly switch between the television sound or aftermarket stereo speakers. It's everything a smartphone should be when it comes to customizability.

The various modes for picture aren’t great so you will have to do a lot to customize the picture though. Overall we are very happy with this tv.

Picture and sound quality better than expected. Never have I perched a TV and the Picture is as good or even better then the display at the store, until now. I am now going to buy another one. For this price range 5 stars. We will see how it holds up over time I have always owned Sony and never disappointed. I hope this LG C2 last long enough to keep me happy
