Absolutely the most frustrating remote and controls. It’s ridiculously difficult to do anything. It doesn’t keep sound settings. Only works with the Sony sound bar when it feels like it. The “magic“ remote magically turns an evening of hopeful entertainment to one of despair. It’s ashamed that the designers created such a monster and turned it out before it was ready.
