Basic set up don't expect next level

The second tv was delivered & set up. Lost sound on the 5.1 receiver & could only hear through tv speakers. Tech came back out, after 30 minutes reset tv & ran through HDMI 1 & optical. Now seems to work fine.

Amazon customer from now on can see why local places are losing to Amazon customer service is gone

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First one had clearly already been purchased and someone messed up one of the vesa holes so I had to repackage and return to the store to swap it out. year after year bestbuy has gotten worse and worse. They got rid of the only reasons I shopped here so they could paywall them behind a membership. No rewards, no elite, but now you can pay $200 a year to get some benefits back. Not worth the headache of not having a manufacture warranty and having to jump through the best buy geek squad hoops if you have a problem.

Becareful before you buy!

I’ve gone through so much effort and can’t fix it. Buy samsung or sony instead, this is WAAYY too expensive to have these issues

Disappointed at how quickly something went wrong

I bought the tv in 06/23. The warranty was only for 1 year. I am really disappointed at how quickly something major went wrong.

Horrible description of open box condition

Didn’t set it up right away because we were moving, but I did turn it on and checked it out. When we started using it and saw brighter pictures more often on the screen, it wasn’t “residue” that was on the screen. The oled pixels are burnt in and it has a dark spot in the middle of the screen that will not go away ever.

The product was not in excellent condition. The screen was was bubbling out. This should have been caught by the geek squad but was not.

Aggressive auto-dimming on dark scenes

Apparently this feature is there to prevent “burn-in” and can’t be turned off. I tried disabling settings like energy saving and dynamic contract but still no luck.

Not worth it

I’ve had quite a bit of issues with it. Pixel issues, color issues, black screen issues, screen freezing up. Most of the issues came when I was just watching movies or shows. I should have gotten a gaming monitor and kept my old tv.

Really unprofessional

Not one call to notify me they weren't coming. Use someone else that is more dependable.

Policy change

In 3 weeks after I got the TV the price come down 2 times but according with best buy I can't take advance of that because they change the time when they match price from 30 days before to 15

Spontaneously Turns Off

Very nice gaming TV.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you're a gamer, this tv will be very attractive for you. I mostly sim-race and RPG. Even older games like Project Cars 2 come to life with the feature rich video and audio options. For instance, if you're in cockpit view and look left or right, somehow the TV knows and favors the audio from center to either left or right depending on which way you look. Didn't do that on my last 4k tv. This is immersive and game changing. You won't believe your eyes on games like Assassins Creed Origins, it's like your there in ancient Egypt, Tomb Raider is breathtaking, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and PC2 are fabulous. I've only had it 2 days and have many games to get through but the ones I did play are drastically improved. Dark blacks, rich colors, 120 hz, 2.1 hdmi, 8k cables.. lots of gaming features. Best purchase I've made to taking gaming to the next level. I'm on Series X.
