Bad Software Update

Now Dolby Vision keeps flipping modes every few minutes, and it is highly disruptive to trying to watch anything. And, there isn't an option to disable it. Stop trying to be smart, or at least when I manually set the mode, don't automatically override it thirty seconds later. Note it flipped modes 3 times in my writing this review.

When your TV's picture modes start acting up, especially post-update, it might have to do with the settings in the AI Picture Pro or Energy Saving features, which are there to automatically enhance your viewing. A simple fix could be to dive into your TV's picture settings and see if you can turn off any "AI Picture Pro" or "Energy Saving" options that might be on auto. You could also check for a "Reset Picture Settings" option to roll back any changes from the update.

Fine, thats no problem that OLED wasn’t for me. Now the problem is how cheaply made I come to find the material of the tv was made from. And yup, a screw is immediately stripped as i dismantle the stand with the proper screwdriver. What a horrible and expensive introduction to your cheap brand LG. Never again.

I bought it a few days before Father’s Day 2025 and the following week the price dropped a further 250 I should’ve been credited for that But I wasn’t. The TV itself is good TV, the delivery was a mess. The TV had gotten wet the box anyway luckily inside was fine. All parts are right. But Best Buy needs to care a little more about customers
