Owners Manual is Non-existent
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Interested - but the Owners Manual is a joke - it's not even a Quick Set-up guide - tells you nothing about setup, color adjustments, the remote - ZERO - but provides 12 pages of in depth info on the External Interface with the RS-232 port?? What is LG thinking? Bad sign if the manufacturer can't make the effort to provide standard information on their product.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy with my 48" LG OLED C4 series TV, but it's not perfect. As others have mentioned there is in fact a slight green color shift when viewing from an angle. It's not terrible but it is a real thing if you're looking for it. Also, I am finding the various LG image pre set settings to be terrible. I have a good picture, but Normal with a few small tweaks in Advance mode got me there. The Film maker, Vivid, and Sports modes seem surprisingly bad to me, unlike other Samsungs I have owned. Hoping that software updates fix that. Aside from that, the build quality and sturdiness of the LG is superb. I am happy with my decision, but we needed to get used to each other as I tweaked some things. I am confident this TV will last and provide enjoyment.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.just bought the lg c4 48 inch locally the day before 4th of july. and on the 4th of july around 10:30pm to 12:00 am i was finding that the fiteworks screen saver doesnt work. i use usb drives for movies tv shows and music. i sometimes pause my video media to get a snack or other stuff. i noticed that the screensaver never got activated when i came back (5 minutes later) so during that time frame as said earlier, i checked every single setting possible with no resolution why the screensaver didnt activate. i noticed that some reddit users have the same problem. this issue is the same using any streaming service from the internal apps. idk if this happens using a xbox, playstation, or other streaming platforms. but for me i am having anxiety of possible burn in, in the future.

At $900 it was the most expensive TV I’ve ever bought. It died and was non repairable after just 15 months. The technician I took it to said LG would not send replacement parts to him. I recently bought a TCL 50 inch QLED TV dor $300 and the video and sound qualities are just as good as that EXPENSIVE LG turkey.
