    The TV screen already has a white line down the right side LG took a week to find a repair person, he says it needs a new screen but the TV needs to go to his shop, 60+ miles away LG should just ship me a new TV Not Best Buy’s issue but they sold me the TV so now I’m dealing with it less than 30 fays from purchase.

    Very user UNfriendly... Difficult to set up with no guidance from retailer....should not have purchased, such a complicated item..

    Worst experience ever buying at Best Buy

    Open box "excellent" but came in with following issues: 1. Missing screws for stand 2. Missing remote 3. TV has a nasty dent on the frame 4. Won't turn on Worst experience ever.

    I like the size and clarity of the image but sound is horrible for the price. Internet needs to be perfect or hardwire. Not able to see LG channels over WiFi.

    Service was terrible! I’ll never buy from Best Buy again! Not properly set up and 2 appointments to return for geek squad never showed up.

    First OLED tv I’ve had. I always had Samsung but decided to try LG. The TV gets great colors and very deep blacks. Also good in dark or bright room. I love the AI which you can use to set the picture to your likings or can pick from the different presets.

    Generally happy, love the picture and definition. The only reason I won't go five stars is because we had initial items out of the gate with voice/video synching. In the last week it appears to have gotten better, and now we're seeing a few issues again. We upgraded our VZ service to 4k as recommended, but there still might be issues. So far Best Buy is very responsive... but obviously we need this fixed for good somehow.
