NEW TV support

The TV is nice and it fit nicely in the LR nicho. The problem is the the unit was installed but I RECEIVED NO instruction on how it works . It was installed with 3 remote controls that were necessary to operate the equipment, I can’t work it. When a tried to get instruction, I was told I had to pay somebody to CB one fix the problem and show me how to work the remotes. I have 2 other TVs in the house. They work fine with single remotes. I don’t understand and have received no instruction how to operate the system. VERY frustrating and I have to PAY to get it corrected
