    I’m disappointed that we received an open box item. They didn’t have the TV on the floor, so the salesperson told us they had to go back to get it. When he brought it to us, he said he would meet us in the front to pay for it. Once we paid for it he told us he could meet us in the front of the store to put it in the truck . We didn’t notice anything right away. It seemed brand new. Once I opened the box and started putting everything together, I noticed there were a lot of things missing from the box, including the essential item Like the manual, remote batteries, and screws. . Since it was a birthday present, we hadn’t even looked at the TV because we were hiding it from my son in the garage . Anyway, after the fact, I noticed going back to the box that it wasn’t packaged properly. Save your money go somewhere else. This Best Buy location is so shady. The TV is nice itself but it’s not practical for younger kids because the TV requires you to input all of your personal information, email addresses phone numbers account information. You need sign into every single account ever known to man! It’s not suitable for kids at all. Airplay is terrible. Casting is so much easier for kids. Stick with Vizio.

    Excellent TV, purchased it for gaming and as a PC monitor. Only downside is that the stand is very deep and restricts a lot of potential places the TV can be placed.
