Spent more than an hour one day trying to find a screen that I had seen and now needed for trouble shooting. Never did find it. It relates to connection with DIRECTV which is currently not working.

I bought this because gamers were saying how great it was. I played RE8 on this and could not see where I was going in dark areas....I adjusted it and it's okay but I will only buy Samsung moving forward.

The exterior of the TV was perfect, but the OLED screen has a “burn mark” on the center and bottom. I tried using the REFRESH PIXEL option but didn’t fix the problem. The back cover of the remote control was missing. BestBuy has to be more specific with the description of their inventory. They use red labels on the items they sell but those aren’t very specific . I wouldn’t have bought this TV if they would’ve listed the issues it had in that little red label sticker.
