    It’s a good TV, not a good value and honestly the picture on my old 4K Samsung was as good as this one. Picture is also jerky on some shows as well and I can’t figure that out. Tried all the trouble shooting. It has just been a lot of work and triple the money to have a TV that is only as good as an old model 4K Samsung.

    Don't buy if you have a Panny 4k Blu-Ray player

    Doesn't handshake properly with Panny 820 4k player. As such cannot play multi-channel PCM. (For DTS Tracks which is my need.) That was my ENTIRE reason to upgrade my set - eARC for Atmos - figured there was no way a set many years newer than mine would have such a ridiculous flaw to not even accept and passthrough multi-channel PCM. Nothing wrong with the Panny, works fine on my Sony, worked fine on my old LG LCD, apparently works fine on other LG OLEDs. Numerous long threads about this going back a full year, to shortly after the set was released. Not like it's a brand new issue or limited to one or two people. Presumably could be easily addressed w/firmware. Ways around it - involving another couple hundred bucks in hardware. Absurd. As for the tv beyond that. Meh. Not in the least "completely blown away" from the jump to OLED. Assume it's as good as other similarly priced OLEDs but doesn't so much for me. Then again I'm stuck on the audio issue and whether to go through the enormous hassle of just returning it. Ps... Don't expect to put a Sonos Arc in front of the set of using the stand. Covers the bottom inch or so of screen.

    The LG sound bar I bought, the hdmi(arc) output doesn’t work have to use the optic which isn’t as good as the hdmi and if you go to the LG forum EVERYBODY complains about it and LG support doesn’t do anything about it. The thing is it’s the LG TVs any sound bar doesn’t work.

    I bought this TV January 2021. All of a sudden while I was playing FIFA the screen just died on me and turned black. I’ve switched outlets, and every time I turn it on I get a gray or white haze signal that partially comes on, but the screen turns black. For an expensive TV and for it being an OLED I expected better. Do not buy this TV unless you get at least a five year Geek squad protection plan

    Very disappointed. I ordered this television for a very important gathering. I stayed home to receive the television between the hours told. No show! I called four hours after my promised delivery time. I was told it was out for delivery to me, but the lady on the phone could not my contact with the manager or driver to see the reason for the delay. No show! The next day or so I made contact and it was delivered. It was an overlooked delivery and wasn’t scheduled for delivery at all that day. This is UNSAT and I’ve utilized BB for most of my rental property needs. It’s obvious this was a previously opened tv. No compensation was even offered. R/s, Jacqueline

    tv is great but I have had some very strange minor problems and am planning on trying to get another quirky thing fixed as I cannot turn off my tv without shutting down everything such ad TIVO, EEros, Router, etc.

    4k/120Hz full chroma doesn't work properly

    Purchased this to use primarily as a gaming display with my PC and the upcoming PS5. The contrast of this display is amazing, the glossy finish is great, and response time super fast. Input lag is excellent. So why the rating? 4k/120Hz 4:4:4 chroma is downsampled to 4:2:2. This happens with a RTX 3080 or a RTX 2080 with the Club 3D HDMI 2.1 adapter. 1080p/120Hz 4:4:4 has the same issue. Only 1440p/120Hz 4:4:4 works properly. The C9 doesn't have this problem. Full chroma is a requirement for proper PC use.

    I bought the TV, and I am happy with it. The reason for the review is that I have not been able to get the TV registered with LG. Their system will not recognize the model number of the TV that I just paid $1500 for! I don't think that bodes well for any kind of warranty support. I had to resort to mail-in registration, and the form has no pre-paid postage. How CHEAP.

    This isn’t for the product unfortunately. Best Buy sold me an open box excellent condition with a cracked screen. That’s not excellent condition guys. Not even close. I was hassled on my return of it and I don’t even get an apology. I didn’t even take it out of the box, which was my mistake not to look. Always check.

    Don't do it. It's too big. Yeah there's a bunch fo reviews that tell you "it's perfect" or "just wall mount it" - nah it's too big. You gotta have a huge desk and hate your eyes if you want to make this work. Returned it as soon as I realized there's no way I could be anywhere near my keyboard for this set up to work. This is coming from a guy who have a 65" C7 OLED in his living room as loves it. You've been warned.

    Horrible - STAY AWAY!!

    Honestly, this TV is the worst purchase I ever made. If you want to shell out almost $1,500 after taxes for a TV that requires CONSTANT tuning for light/contract even in a dark room at night with all the lights out, then this is the TV for you. You cannot see anything at all in certain scenes, it's just a muddy black void with zero visibility and zero detail for very long periods of time. I should have never gotten suckered into the marketing and branding of OLED - what a waste of time and money this has been. Please, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY
