I love the picture, but changing the channel requires changing the picture contrast and brightness. So after I adjust the picture for watching a live show and then switching to a movie on Netflix, the picture is very dark. Never had this problem on the Samsung it replaced. Just like there is an option for automatic sound level, there should be one for picture. The picture from the side is perfect. I also have a 50" LG LED AND THE PICTURE FROM THE SIDE IS ALL WASHED OUT. So this LG OLED is a great improvement. Right now I adjust the brightness and contrast in between movie and live. Yes there is many options in the picture control - sport, vivid, etc, but why would I have to change that all the time depending on what I am watching. So I use the manual self adjustments. If I use one of the automatic picture options, the sharpness is always turned down. I want to use the highest resolution. So again, I have to use manual adjustments compensating between live and movie.

This TV is absolutely beautiful. Not cheap but worth it. Coming from a 2019 lower end Samsung UHD LCD. I thought that had an amazing picture but OLED, HDR, Dolby vision… Is a whole new experience! I find myself rewatching movies just to see the difference. ONLY “criticism” would be the remote (I use a harmony so non issue for me): -The Nintendo wii style on screen pointer is annoying (it pops up on screen when you lift remote) -scroll wheel that you press for “ok” is stiff so accidentally scroll when trying to select but some might like it. - bottom of remote too round, I prefer flat.

Let me first the only bad thing is the fact I waited for weeks before purchasing this TV! I should have got it sooner. I'm a nerd / IT guy / gamer which is to say I buy new TV's and gaming display's yearly, hands down this is by far the best looking display period. I'm using it for my gaming PC and consoles. I've had zero issues. Lastly my public service announcement of the day and paying it forward, something BestBuy nor LG mentions but there is a free earbud promotion that ran Aug 1-30 so if you bought it within that time frame go claim yours. This really shines when streaming or looking at YouTube, and while on topic make sure you look on Y Tube for set up / tweaking videos they really helped. Also there is plenty of eye candy content to show off your new TV

I am very impressed with this TV. I have been waiting for years for a manufacturer to put top screen specs in a smaller screen size, due to my personal situation of having an entertainment center with a cut out that is only so large. This TV isn't only the first i've seen on the market, but the best i've seen in larger devices too. The overall picture quality is immaculate. The built in surround sound is top of the line. I love watching 4K movies with loud sound and i have no need for additional sound help with a sound bar or bose system. I love this TV.

48 inch OLED - perfect size for small areas, color is superb, picture frame screen saver is unique and stylist. Speakers are not strong enough, but the sound is easy on the ears.

Picture is very clear with the blacks giving great definition. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a smaller TV, the OLED makes it so much better.

Using it as a pc monitor with an rtx 3080, best picture quality ever, don’t think I can go back to IPS screens. The contrast and true blacks of oled are unmatchable

Tv looks great, easy enough to navigate although there are quite a few options that I don't fully understand but the basics are all there. The only thing I have to complain about is the remote. I don't like that the button to select options is a scroll wheel, I like to use the directional pad to select options instead of the cursor and it is inconvenient needing to carefully press the scroll wheel as to not accidentally scroll, otherwise the cursor will appear and if my hand isn't 100% still the cursor will end up pointing to something else instead of selecting the thing I wanted.

Suoer crisp picture. Easy tonuse ai. Live it for my series x. It has all green checkmarks in the xbox video settings

I have been waiting for an OLED that is under 50 inches, and am so glad LG finally made one. The picture quality is worth the extra money in my opinion. I am using this for gaming, movies, and as a pc monitor. I went from a 27 inch 4k LG pc monitor to this, and the picture difference was definitely a big jump. It was also a big jump in size, so anyone thinking of using this as a pc monitor will need to be able to sit a little further away from it than their current screen.

I love it for gaming. The picture is great to watch movies. This was a great buy. I would tell my friends to buy this TV.It's easy to set up and to use.

Picture is stunning. That is why I selected this TV, and gorgeous. Took some time tweaking custom settings for the different inputs, and I do love the way the TV recognizes the input and automatically selects the correct custom setting. Also, we listen to a lot of internet streaming radio, so we like the selection available through the TV. We set the screen to turn off when we listen to internet radio, because we are concerned about burn in, and this works great.

Excellent picture quality and features for gamers. Using Nvidia 3090 and 4k 120hz, feels as good as my IPS monitor.

This tv is amazing, the quality is outstanding and it's the smallest TV you can get right now with HDMI 2.1 VRR/Freesync.

Great picture quality. I drop it down to 4 stars because of the price. It was actually priced higher when I purchased it than the larger size of the same model. I needed this size due to size constraints of my location. Not crazy about the remote but that's not a big deal. If you can afford it....get it.

The picture is amazing! It took me a long time to decide to buy this tv bc of the price but man it was worth every penny. Excellent for gaming as well

Picture quality is as good as it gets, at least in this century. Haven’t played with all the settings, but I’m already satisfied. Sound quality is also amazing. I don’t need a sound bar, and the preset sound options are so spot on. Before you try to install the base, go watch a YouTube video first. Instructions are not that clear. My biggest issue that is worth knocking down 1 star is how reflective the screen is in a semi bright room or when there is a light in front of it, especially during black display. LG said that they have done an anti reflective coating, but I’m not sure if it is enough. However, I decided to accept it as is, as the picture quality is that amazing. I believe many of the high end TVs now have glossy screen to enhance quality, but it does come with a price. If you watch the TV in a dark room all the time, then it is probably the best TV out there. A little pricey, but it is worth it when you spend a few hours everyday watching TV. It is supposed to also be less straining on your eyes.

LG software is clunky, but this TV delivers stunning picture and sound (though I still stepped up the sound with a Vizio sound bar.). Very easy to set up.

I mean this tv is hands down beautiful. Especially for gaming. Plus it has gsync to use it as a monitor. Get this if you have a series x or ps5
