Sorry I bought it

After talking with the salesman at Best Buy we decided on this TV instead of the Sony or Samsung, price being our final decision making reason. Big mistake as far as I'm concerned. I don't care for the quality of the picture compared to our previous Sony, (1080P) this TV is slow to respond to remote control requests. There on occasion lines that appear during an action movie where the TV is trying to catch up to the colors of the movie. (A pixel distortion, I'm told) The sound is somewhat better than our old Sony TV but we find ourselves going back to the other room to watch the old Sony TV for watching our programs. I am ready to put this TV into the other room and bring back the Sony into the family room or give it to one of our children and buy my husband a Sony 4K.
