Excellent tv for a bonus for putachasing an oled There is no negative feed back on this.

I bought this LG 4K TV, but after using around a month the picture quiality has degraded poorly, and even the 4K content looks worse than 1080P. and 1080P video looks more worse. For one month it was superb, dont know what happened that picture quality has so degraded in just a month. I know that LED has some lifespan but obviously NOT 30 days. I am thinking of returning this TV or exchaning it to a new one.

Yes, the remote is small and unlike its 65" cousin it does not come with the same auxiliary headphone out put jack.

Perfect size and brightness for a well lit summer room

While staff helpful, I explained the size of the room the TV was going in and had asked if the 55" would be a better choice. Feedback not helpful and the larger screen now appears would have been a better choice. Given the disappointment with the size advice, I will not be buying additional products at Best Buy

After getting this TV home, opened the box and the screen was cracked. Looked like a baseball had been thrown at the screen.

Terrible quality TV. Picture colors went blue/purple after a year.

The TV was nice but since it was an open box. It had a slight issue the picture seemed to be blurry .

So I bought this on Black Friday for $499, and saved $400!!! All of my friends come over real often now because of the great resolution and sound. LG never fails to impress me. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have Amazon Prime Music. But I did get Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Pandora, and Spotify. Very easy and quick to set up. Just have to do a lot of updates on each application but that was so worth the time spent! You can even get the app on your phone to control it to psych out your friends making them think it's haunted in your apartment!

First of all going to be honest wasn't looking at LG when I started shopping for a TV . Had Sony and Samsung's across the Home and Office and was dead set on keeping the trend.Was looking for a affordable upgrade to a bedroom tv as my old Sony 46" LCD that had a chromecast to stream went out after 8 years. Unit was a open box , geeksquad certified . had them pull the tv from the box and just as the Agent who tested it listed unit was in excellent condition had all accessories and even had the film around the plastic . coming from 1080p to 4K was a noticeable difference once I got it home . unit streams Netflix 4k UHD fine on a 60mbps connection . had a few friends over and it sold them for there next upgrade. The UI is very user friendly and Web OS ( HP's love child that got kicked to the road ) actually runs quite well with what LG has adapted it to for the TV . Overall quite happy with the user exp . Only issue awaiting on HBO go .

This is a very nice television. All the capabilities of cable that I've seen on my father's television. TV guide with reminders to watch, lots of apps and most important, theWEB. Great sound system. I'm not in a hurry to purchase a surround system theatre due to pricing. This serves me well for now. Downside, I can't download ad blockers or some software. I'm please none the less. We have smartshare where we can watch shows downloaded on our pc's. Its basically a television with a pc hooked up to it. I'm glad I waited to purchase a television from my old 49 inch projection televion. I waited a long time. Well worth the wait and I got it for presale prices of Black Friday. Didn't know about Black Friday pricing until one of my sons and sisters told me to check it out. I bought a LG blue ray player as well and pleased with it, however, I don't really use it, cause I have every movie available to me on my TV. Also, we have enough internet speed up and down to run this television without lagging.

Great TV! I didn't get the sound bar and I'm glad I didn't, it's not necessary.

I really love the clarity of this television, and the Smart options that come with it. I am partially blind, so having a television clear and bright enough that I can ALMOST read subtitles without my glasses on is wonderful! Out of the box, the sound is phenomenal, and I can't wait to hear it once we get a sound bar installed. My only issue with this TV is that it doesn't like to stay connected to my wifi. As soon as I turn the TV off, it disconnects and won't reconnect automatically. About 25% of the time, I have to re-enter the passcode, which is a pain.

Comcast customer. Picture quality is not better than smart tv 1080p. 4K is good for still images and games but not for watching sports or news. Buy a smart LED that is not a 4K for now. 4K Tv's need improvement despite good pricing. I would wait another year before purchasing this one. I don't have a problem with sound if you set it up properly. If you don't own U-verse or DirecTv, don't buy this tv or any other 4K.

I was looking for my first 4K hdtv and for the price of $599 I couldn't go wrong with this compared to others of similar size and reviews were great as well as overall rating. The picture is crisp and colors are great. It is much light than my other regular hdtv from 9-10 years ago. I am pleased with my purchase
