I'm not very Tech savy being this tv has apps I was concerned. It's extremely user friendly. Makes it very easy to use.

This was a replacement of a 10+ yr old, 42 inch plasma ED (enhanced definition, since we couldn't afford a HD at the time) so it was a vast improvement. We compared the specs with similar Samsung and Sony models, but this one seemed to be the better bargain. We are very satisfied with it. It was simple to set-up to our Yamaha A/V Receiver, satellite receiver and 2 game consoles. The wi-fi also works well.

Usually I buy Samsung when I get tvs. This is my first LG and im blown away. The technology is amazing these days. This display is immaculate whether im watching cable tv, playing gaming consoles or connecting an external device. Having all of the apps built in is an awesome feature too. Once they enable these to have a flash player, there will be no need for a computer to browse the web!

Love the new tv. I recently purchased a Samsung from BB and it only lasted two years. I will never, ever purchase another Samsung product. The 4K LG allows you to search the net, and easily get to apps via the push of a button, which has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and others. Set up took no time at all; only needed a Phillips screwdriver. Hoping this one last much longer than my other tv purchase. Screen is clear. Sometimes when using playback to watch recorded shows, the volume auto lowers and I have to stop and start the recording to have it normalize.

Great TV. The Quality of the screen is very good. The interface with the applications by internet is very easy to use.

The TV does not always connect to internet. You will occasionally have to unplug the tv and replug it back in to connect to internet. The tv will occasionally restart on its own as well.

Enjoy the large screen and clear picture. Fits well on my tv table. Love how thin it is compared to some other tvs.

Television was easy to assemble and learn to work. I had no issues and have experienced no issues. A lot of extras that I do not use but do see.
