Picture is great - not happy about picture going out after 3 weeks of ownership - and said it was to late to purchase extended warranty

I purchased the 49" LG 4K tv just before Christmas. My excitement was short lived though. When I set the tv up I noticed horrible black light bleeds in several spots. I figured it was just a defective tv, so I went back to the store and swapped it for another one. Unfortunately to my disbelief the second tv had the same issue!!!! Several black light bleed patches in different places. I immediately returned it and paid $100 more for a Samsung that has no problems. Don't waste your time with LG.

I am really enjoying my TV. I am not tech savvy when it comes to TV and DVD items. But the associate that helped me was phenomenal!

Bought my LG 49" LED and I am very happy with the quality and functionality. Impressed with the smart features. Was easy to set up.

Great tv, does great job with streaming via Netflix hulu etc.

I bought this tv for my husband birthday. Not knowing much about tv's my husband was very particular on his selection. He was very pleased with this tv

Bought the tv and about 7 months later a board went bad. luckily had geek squad because the part cost 350$. disappointed it didn't last a year

I purchase many tvs I must say the 49 4K lg is a great purchase . It has a nice 4K picture and easy to use web features for a killer price.

Good tv with high quality picture in its price range. "Smart" function and apps work well. In particular Direct TV, Amazon and Netflix

We really love this tv. The only down fall is that we can't adjust the volume from our cable box remote.

Great 4K resolution and the price can't be beat. Great interface.

I got this tv for my mother to replace her smaller one. Could t be happier and the picture is great!

From the time the box was opened to the time it was installed on my wall was less than an hour.

LG had good reviews, so I purchased the 49" class. Nope, bad connection boar, on TV #1. Returned and bought warranty on the second one. But it wasn't needed down the road, as when I opened the carton the screen was cracked with a hole in the center of the cracks. I returned this one as well and got a Sony which has worked perfectly. Thanks LG, No Thanks for your non existent quality control.

I use the tv for gaming mostly the picture quality is amazing I recommend this tv to anyone

I am enjoying this TV -- we had a rocky start because we were not used to so much technlogy

All seems excellent so far. no complaints. Everything works as well as I read about this TV
