TV is a great addition and is perfect size for a bedroom.

Set up was a little difficult; menus a little confusing.

Good value. Easy set up. Integrates well with LG sound bar.

We looked at the TV in the store and was very impressed. I told the sales person that best buy must have upscale closed circuit. I was was told the TV would look better when hooked up at home...our 12 year old TV has much better picture than the 4 HD ultra we biught

Sound bar blocks channel tuner on tv. Poor design.

Box was perfect but face was not protected and was broken. It was evident package was tampered with at a point and went undetected by Best Buy staff. Traveled many miles to replace as installer was waiting for it

This TV worked well for first couple hours. Then it started having awful color contrast issues. The first few times I reset the picture to factory display and it fixed it. After owning the tv 3 days it wouldn't work anymore. As well im not sure if it was the dud or the tv but even before i had color issues it had crazy input lag and motion blur for videogames. So I returned it and got a Vizio P series and couldn't be happier. Picture of color issues attached.

Not as crisp and sharp as I expected. Colors are a little washed out compared to my Samsung 40" smart tv. This was a great buy for the price but if I do over again I would buy Samsung.

We could not decide what kind of tv we wanted. Then we saw this 49" LG. Picture is pretty clear but what sold us was the easy to follow instructions for streaming. It's so user friendly

I got it for a good price, as a gift. I haven't given it to that person, yet, so I haven't received any feedback. I'm docking a few stars because it doesn't have HDR.

I bought this t.v. exactly 3 1/2 years ago and it is shot. From what I've read this is common with these LG's.

TV is ok but lacks vivid and bright colors. The sound doesn't have much wiggle room in the settings especially to decrease the bass.

Found the color and sharpness lacking. Returned the TV for a different model with better color and clarity

Sound quality was poor from the very beginning and completely died within 40 days of original purchase. I immediately reached out to Best Buy and LG for resolution and am not satisfied with the response. Why should I have to be inconvenienced and live without a TV while they troubleshoot repair options. It is brand new and still under manufacturer warranty so the only acceptable option is immediate exchange/replacement. Extremely dissatisfied customer!

Bought this open box for a really good price. Not the best tv or worse. Decent for a bedroom

We took it back and upgraded. Every once in a while you get a bad one

Tv had issues rebooting at random. Replaced it and had same issue

I really do not like it. Not happy at all. I want a different tv.
