Bought it during black friday sales online and was shipped to my home for free. So far so good. The only thing I'd like to see improvement on is the tv stand. It looks cool and all, but doesn't feel stable enough on the entertainment stand. I would recommend a tv wall mount instead.

This was a gift for my husband, and he was thrilled. We had trouble setting it up, but finally got it done with a little help from the internet. I thought that the instructions included with the TV should have been more complete and translated for those who are not very technical.

The 49" LG TV is the perfect size for our living room. The picture is great, the sound is good. We do see prisms, due to reflections, across screen that we cannot figure out how to eliminate. Other than that, this is a great TV for the price. We had extremely fast shipping also.

I give 4 star becz of sound, this tv is having only 10W as total power output, this power output is not sufficient for big room. Also because of stand type you need bigger stand/table for this tv. Otherwise tv, picture clarity is good. I am satisfied wid purchase.

Volume levels not very good highest setting isn't very loud . Had LG service replace volume control card but no difference , they suggested a sound bar. Service was very prompt.

The LG 49 inch tv is a wonderful value, great picture, easy set up. Wish there were physical buttons on set but the remote works great.

It's working just fine. I have had any problem with it. The picture is clear and the sound is just fine with the sound bar.

I have not been able to ajust the sound so we are ging to buy a surround sound system. ither than sound picture is nice.

Love the LG brand! Great price from Best Buy. Very convenient too! We live in different states. I ordered it and they picked it up at a Best Buy near them.

I purchased an LG television and an HDMI cord which I was not happy with the quality. The picture on the television doesn't seem to be as clear as I think it should be. Not sure if it is the television or the cord since I have not have the time to investigate which one it is. I will try to purchase another cord to see if that solves the problems.

The screen looks really nice just the refresh rate is bad at times if it's too fast but other then that its a great buy specially with the sales going

This is a good example of the price you pay is the price you get. It is a decent TV. The price is unbeatable. However you can see the quality is also the price you pay.

This was a great purchase. Just right for my stand and the size of my living room for the money. Really enjoy this TV a lot, since I bought it.

I continue to buy this brand because of the great quality I always receive. I have one more tv to replace in my home and it will also be an LG.

Got this tv for 389 great value. Picture is great I dont know about sound because I bought soundbar. Would recommend
