This was an inexpensive TV for my 84 year old mother. The setup was not very clear and it assumed it was connected to the internet, which it wasn't. The picture is decent, not great, but it was only $350. Mom is happy, that's all that matters!

Good picture, decent sound but everything else is awful. I think the worst thing is it's WiFi or should I say lack there of. The menus are a joke, there's no fast way around, you have to scroll and scroll and scroll. Whoever wrote the code for the app search should be fired and don't even think about casting to this TV especially if casting from an Apple product. It's August and probably the smartest thing I've done this year is return this hunk-of-junk. Never again LG, never again

Had the same t.v. that last less than 3 years. The only reason I bought another one is becaus it was on sale for a great price. Ofcource all t.v.s are unreliable these days and won't last for more than4 to 5 years top.

The smart tv is good, except that we have to keep calling the maker of it because it keeps dropping the WiFi. And then it eventually says there's no access point, which means resetting the entire tv.

Smart feature is highly overrated. Sling not on LG App Store as advertised. Remote is awkward to use with Smart features. Ended up getting a fire stick. Save 50$ and get a regular TV.

My main problem w the tv is the apps should update automatically. You are constantly having the reset Netflix & update apps - the updates should just download automatically.

If you just need a smart tv and don't want to pay a lot, then this is great, but in comparison to other lower cost smart tvs I have, this one has the poorest picture quality

I Bought this tv and loved it. after about 13 months of having it, it would no longer connect to the internet on its on. I researched it and apparently it's a common problem with this TV. it still works, but I have it plugged into my router now to have internet access. with it being plugged in certain streaming apps do not always work well on it.

Freezes and loses connection all the time. So many useless apps

It’s a good tv for the price. The color clarity could be better but that is what you get for the price of the tv.

As a basic tv for the bedroom this tv is good. If you watch a lot of sports or any shows with fast motion this tv will disappoint. I know it is a 60hz refresh rate but I have a Sony 60hz that does not get blurred out like the LG.As soon as the action or movement starts the image looses its sharpness and detail, almost goes into standard definition picture.

I am not feeling this TV as such. The internet keeps having issues.

So when I bought the tv I was told it had the direct tv now app, which it doesn't do that is a bit disappointing. Once taking the tv out and setting it up I realized marks on the screen and I could maybe exchange it but that's a lot of hassle when the tv doesn't fit in my vehicle! Seems like a good tv but doesn't have what I originally bought it for.

The picture is good, but not as good a my Samsung TV. It is a great TV for the price.

Bought this in 2018, rarely watch TV but quality is ok for price

The stand is very loose and hard to construct. Disappointing.
