Bought this one and what a deal, great price and picture along with easy setup, no audio issue's and very happy with...Bought the 5 yr Geek Squad with it also for a decent price.

Great if you don't use the "smart" features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a 32" samsung smart tv that stopped working and was looking for an upgrade to a bigger tv. I didn't want to spend too much money and when I went to the store, they showed me more expensive Samsung models and this LG, which was a decent price. In the store, I informed the associate what apps I use regularly to ensure that they were available on the tvs he was showing me. He told me that this TV had all of the apps I was looking for. He was wrong. I was disappointed to find out that the Pandora app is not available on this TV and then I realized that HBO GO is also not available, even in the store. I mostly use Netflix, so I can accept that these other apps aren't available since I can stream from my computer. However, the Netflix app does not work properly most of the time and it takes forever to stream. I know it's not my internet connection because I did not have a problem on my old TV. This was my first LG purchase and it will be my last. If I had known, I would have spent less money on a smart TV and just bought a regular TV with some sort of streaming stick.

Disappointed in App Selection

My fault, I suppose, for not doing my research, but I've been incredibly frustrated with this TV. The HBO GO, Sling, and ESPN apps don't work. You're basically limited to the few Apps that come preloaded. I had a Samsung TV previously, and was far happier with that product.

No Bluetooth

The setup was easy, and the menus relatively easy to navigate. The remote control is a bit busy and hard to figure out.

Dumb TV,weak features

The TV has about 10 apps, so DO NOT buy this TV for smart TV features. Thankfully I have both ROKU and Fire TV smart boxes. TV has optical audio output but no RCA or 3.5 audio out dumb idea. Buy a TV with Android or Roku, any other platforms like WebOS-Tizen-My Home TV (FireFox) suck.

WIFI ISSUES and NO Support

The last month or two, the WIFI would stop working more and more often and now my TV completely stopped connecting all together. It says the WIFI is turned off and won't give me the option to turn it back on. Coming from a technical background I figured the WIFI component failed but researched this issue anyway online. During this search, I discovered I was not the only one having this issue. There was hundreds of people, treads, posts of people experiencing the same issue with all different LG TV models. I reached out to LG and they refused to help me since my TV was just outside of the 1 year warranty period. I was told I would have to pay to have someone come out to my house a service my tv for a KNOWN COMMON LG HARDWARE issue. I have since reported LG to the Better Business Bureau to warn others to say away. Avoid ALL LG TVs if you don't want to deal with premature product failure.

Don't get fooled by the price. The televisions stop working and LG won't stand behind their product . Do yourself a favor and go with any other brand.

Bad Tv from LG and cant do anything with it!

LG TVs HAVE WIFI ISSUES, DO NOT BUY LG TV UNLESS..

Lg later models no longer has this, so it's absolutely no reason to buy LG tvs. The wifi completely stops every few months & HAS to be REPAIRED. The legs are cheap. Remote has #s, others don't. GO ROKU, THIS "platform"/app store is trash. Wifi "system" is defected, u will have to have it "serviced" every few months.

Dead Pixel after only 3 days.

It's a shame since I thought I purchased something that would last longer than 3 days. Now I have to drive to the nearest BB and replace it or look for a different brand.

No Mobile remote app

Screen failed first 2 min.

The bottom half and right side was dark and had lines through it. Could not get through to LG help lines which is so typical. Worked with cable provider to figure it was a TV failure and not my cable service. Returned through Amazon.
