||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV has a faulty Composite and Component input out of the box, talked to BestBuy who referred me to LG to repair, two months later its still not repaired. The repair Artin Electronics are hopeless, they never answer their phone and their voicemail box is always full ensuring I cannot contact them. LG executive services just refer me back to the repairer Artin who of course I cannot contact, no one at LG seems to care, absolutely no customer service, bounced from one LG customer service rep to the next. If your TV works out of the box you likely wont have this experience this but if you do have problem beware !!!! In my case it seems impossible to get help or repair, its been over two months now and counting. First LG product purchase and defiantly my last!

Can't brighten the picture because right out of the box the backlight is already at 100% in all settings. LG's answer for this is too use the intense color setting. Works best in a dark room. Still plan to keep it though.

Decent but annoying
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV works fine but LG TVs are annoying for several reasons. Screen mirroring from an Apple phone or watching HBO max is a chore and you need work arounds. This should not be an issue with today’s TVs.
