    Wifi doesn’t work

    The wifi on this does not work. We can’t use any of the apps on the tv or do a any updates on the tv. You would have to buy a cable to connect directly to your router. For us it would be an extra expense and a lot of work. We would need at least 100ft of cable and make holes in the wall. Took it back for an exchange worked for a couple of days. Then we were past the 14 day return window. Wished best buy had a better return policy. Won’t be buying anything else from best buy.

    Picture is okay. Sound only fair. Remote awful. 2nd LG. Two Vizio smart TVs have much better remote, probably as good picture, better audio.

    The tv is good overall, but image quality could be a little better, the colors are not as rich as the competitor's

    I would avoid this TV. I thought it was a good deal, but now having wifi problems as well as the TV turning off on its own. For only 2 years and moderate use, I would expect better quality from LG. After calling LG customer service and reading reviews, other LG TVs have had similar issues. Will be going with a different brand with my next purchase.

    Tv has sound but no picture after 3 1/2 Years.

    After 3 1/2 years my tv went bad. There’s sound, but no picture. I did the test to turn on the Tv from the Tv instead of the remote and see if the menu option would come on. It did not. Per LG website- this would require service to fix. My opinion this is not worth to pay and fix.

    I bought this tv for my bedroom, the picture out of the box was terrible. I contacted LG and was walked through several fixes, Was unable to fix the problem, so returned and purchased old reliable Sony.

    This lg tv is not very easy to use. It disconnects from the WiFi often. Could be upgraded or at least add user friendly features.

    The worst tv ever. I gifted this to my boyfriend back in 2018 and now June 2020 the tv screen started flickering for no apparent reason. We’ve been trying to fix it and i don’t know if LG will take it because we lost our warranty. Don’t buy this tv it costed me $440 back in 2018. Not worth it.

    Screen blacks out often

    We have had serval times where the screen blacks out completely and takes forever to come back on and the replacement part isn’t worth the time or trouble or cost. This tv isn’t very old and was highly recommended. I won’t be buying lg tv again.

    Had tv 3 days,first 2 days ok third day had a 5 inch wide shadow streak down the middle of the entire screen.All connections OK.TV wasn't moved from its location,defective tv.Luckily under warranty.

    In the store, this TV showed a beautiful picture. I have had this TV for less than a year and the color is horrible. I have really tried to adjust the color but this SMART TV does what it wants to do. I can not seem to get any help.

    I purchased this tv and within 24 hours it had to returned with issues. I contacted Lg for assistance and was informed the TV was not compatible with my daughters PlayStation 4
