Disappointing TV

The WiFi adaptor drops out randomly sometimes 2-3 times in a sitting. Only way to reset is to unplug tv and plug back up. This is irritating considering the tv was purchased for smart functionality. LG hasn’t been very helpful yet. I wish I could exchange for a Samsung.

My older Samsung didn't have this rotten trait of any sound played drowns out any conversation being played. The TY was sent to me by FEDEX but I still don't have a copy of the receipt and I can't drive to the Mission Valley store. Could it be emailed to me?

The 60" they picked up and brought a new one but the small one was a hassle. I had to go in and exchange it and it seemed there was no regard for my time nor the inconvenience it caused. It was disappointing to say the least
