It just wasn't as sharp as I would have liked. The picture seemed sharper in the store (but maybe the sharpness was my imagination) so I am wondering if I have a wrong setting, wrong HDMI cable, or something else.

Their menus are extremely confusing and you need to spend hours and hours learning them. Worst of all they do not allow you to download any third party apps!!! Also 4k UHD is terrible, no matter what settings I played with. Boo LG!

Not extremely happy with the purchase but what can you do.
