what kind of "smart" tv isnt able to download apps you want like hbogo or showtime?

Very bad picture on this tv is not a 4K, the 1080 videos still showing bad quality

Picture was much too dark. No ability to lighten it enough. Returned.

I exchanged this tv for a Samsung because the size was off

Had to exchange for insignia and now I’m much happier.

The quality of this tv is just as it’s price. Very low.

Yep, this is my fourth LG tv but I did comparisons on every tv in its class. Mistake, as it is mind-boggling. I like the interface, I don't care if the legs are wobbly, the remote does not matter although putting the pause on the bottom is pretty inconvenient. Basically, the picture is great, I followed the directions on You Tube to maximize the color, etc. which did improve the pic. I don't have any ads, a blessing to reward me for all the 4k comparisions I read, I am sure. Buy it. I paid $325.00 and consider that a bargain. And yep, I have had Sony's, Sharps, and Samsung and this is by bar the easiest to navigate.

Amazing TV at a great price!I got this TV on Black Friday morning for $329.Took It home and it was defective :))))) I was like meh.it happens so I will exchange it with an other one.Second one was fine and everything was easy to set up.LG is a touch lower grade than Samsung but def. better than all other brands Best Buy has,such as Sharp,Toshiba and the cr*p Insignia and Hisense.

Came within a hair of returning as pic was too dark...fooled with pic settings but no normal brightness control....finally stumbled onto all settings where disabled the energy saver feature and immediately the pic went from dark to very nice...kinda dumb for factory to set it so energy saver is on making pic too dark to enjoy. I bet lot of people return it without finding the energy button thing.

Got this to replace the $1000 Samsung tvs that keep crapping out on me after just 1 year and 3 months after use. This one is great for less than half the price of the junk Samsungs. Only thing I could complain about is the color when it pertains to the viewing angle. As you move from directly in front the tv, then move to the side, you can notice the screen getting brighter, like is just washes out. The glare is pretty significant also. Luckily my room is usually pretty dark. If you sit more to the side, and in brightly lit room, this tv definitely isn't for you. But the colors seem to be much richer and brighter than my previous Samsungs. Especially noticeable while watching sports. Looks very nice!! In the end, if it lasts longer than a year and a few months like the Samsungs, I'll be happy. Only time will tell..

Picked this up on Black Friday, been using for the past week and so far the picture and sound is amazing! I've used Netflix and several gaming consoles so far, and all of the graphics have been so crisp and clear. The sound is SO much better than my LG purchased last year, and I think they've added newer, easier features to change video, sound input, etc. since then, so I was extremely surprised how much easier it was so switch audio outputs. Only reason for 4 stars is that the wifi connection is kind of terrible. It'll drop signal in the middle of a show, and sometimes takes disconnecting to your wifi and reconnecting, which can be a pain when it's late at night and you just want to fall asleep to your show. Personally, I 100% know it's not our internet connection here, as we have a 200mb/s package, and our apartment was JUST rewired about 2 months ago with new cables. Our 55" LG purchased last year has had the same issue. It's not a deal breaker for me, since i have gaming consoles I can switch over to watch Netflix, but for some you might want to purchase a warranty in case the problem gets worse over the years. Personally, our 55" doesn't drop that frequently, but when (trying) to watch Hulu it gets frustrating...then again, i think it's just Hulu because it does the same on my xbox, although less frequently.

I've bought my TV on BestBuy sale for $329! its affordable. Quality is fine. But important thing for me is web browser! LG TV supports most of flash JS players which is so much helpful! No restriction and fast browsing! WebOS Platform It is one the best Smart TV's platforms I've experienced so far. WebOS platform is a real smart tv and much user-friendly. Mouse and Keyboard are working functionally with LG. I'm really satisfied with my deal and recommended it!

I had a 46 inch Samsung that crapped out at less than 3 years old (bad LED backlight). I ordered this as a replacement, then checked my order history and saw that I had purchased a 5 year replacement plan. Well, I called up, and this TV qualified as a replacement. Geek Squad came out, determined my Samsung was not repairable, and arranged to have the LG delivered to me. I cancelled the online order, and actually got the replacement delivered sooner than shipping for my on-line order. This is our first Smart TV. I am thrilled with the picture quality, and while pet sitting for my daughter and son-in-law for hooked on "Man in the High Castle", and there is an Amazon Prime TV button right on the remote, so I'm a happy camper. Get the replacement plan. It's worth it and the transaction to get my replacement was seamless and smooth.

Best for the price paid. Looks great and reliable.

I just upgraded I was comparing it to the 50” SAmsung and it doesn’t let you down it’s cheaper and LG sound sync works Way better than Samsung and with the money I saved I bought myself a soundbar !

I bought this as a birthday present to myself online on Black Friday. Coming from a near 8 year old 32” Dynex... I feel like I’ve been blasted into the future. I also received a LG 4K Blu-ray player for my birthday (coming from a Sony region free DVD player). The picture is very clear and the sound is fantastic! I can’t get it to connect to WiFi, but I have a Roku premier anyways, so makes no matter to me for the installed apps. The quality between the roku and the tv is so clear! Now that I’ve cut cable, I watch a lot of Netflix and movies... so $$$ well spent! Can’t believe I didn’t make the switch sooner!

This was a Christmas present for hubby and I, an upgrade from from our smaller flat screen. We scored this during Black Friday and finally just installed it. Like some of the reviews, we were baffled on how the screen was dark at first but after reading some comments/posts, we figured it out! Overall pretty satisfied but I do agree on the lackluster remote (kinda like an afterthought)as well as non helpful guide it came with. We’ve had other LG products before and pretty happy. Would definitely recommend especially price point was on the money!!

This is a great tv for the money, the colors are accurate and vibrant, and the blacks are fantastic, it is also amazingly thin. The whole interface is extremely easy to use and doesn’t seem cluttered. Pair fantastically with my Xbox as well! Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase!

The LG 49" Class LED UJ63000 Series - 2160p - smart - 4k UHD TV with HDR provided a compact profile that could be mounted on the wall or placed on a stand for viewing enjoyment. The sound quality was decent but adding a sound bar greatly improved the experience. The picture quality was good and did not appear lag or be blurred.
