Beyond Frustrating
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I kept count of how many times I restarted my TV to initial settings, and how many times I’ve had to retype my Wifi password. It constantly resets, exits in the middle of connecting, constantly loading and reloading error notifications. I just got this TV yesterday, nothing but issues with the WiFi and “unknown issues” notifications. Finally got it connected, watched an hour of Netflix, and it kicked me out unable to connect again for a solid hour. All other phones/TVs have been connected with zero issues.

Disappointed

worst TV

I did not expect this from a smart TV. Picture quality is just okay. Totally dissatisfied with the product. Not worth the money you pay for it.

Unable to connect to WiFi.

TV Dead in less than 2 years

Issue started in recent months with wifi not connecting. Workaround was to reset TV settings. After few months the issue was not resolved even with reset. Good that Geek squad protection plan was there. Network adapter was replaced free of cost by Geek protection plan. Within hours display gave horizontal lines and TV did not work. Geek squad told that the TV is dead and can be exchanged under protection plan. Product cost of matching TV is being offered and not the acual price I bought. Loss of 30$. In process of finding another TV.

Audio out gets out of sync with video & tv audio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Audio out to home theater gets out of sync with video OVER TIME. It starts out pretty close, but gets worse and worse. I have tried multiple settings, sync delays, etc. and nothing has helped. Audio from the TV speakers also gets out of sync, but not as bad. I have reset the TV to initial settings, updated to the latest software, tried multiple DVD players, including a new Blu-Ray player. It happens with Amazon fire stick, DVD playback, and Comcast cable TV. After a lot of research online, this seems to be a known problem for LG, yet new equipment still has the problem. So not acceptable, 1 star.

Not worth it

LG TV issue with WI-FI part

Nothing but trouble

I purchased the TV in November 2017 It was ok nothing great. The TV is always having internet problems and now the TV is turning off and on on its own. This will be the last LG TV I even own. The last LG tv I had also had internet issues. I have 3 other TV's in the house with no internet issues.

TV died as soon as warranty ended

Barely 2yrs old, nothing happened to it. It just stopped working one day as soon as the warrenty ended. No picture. No warrenty. No money for a new TV. Very sad day. Afraid to buy LG anything ever again.

Wifi Drops randomly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV if the wifi works properly. while streaming the Netflix wifi connection drops all of the sudden and you have to restart the tv for 2 or 3 times or wait for 10mn and turn on the tv to make the wifi work.i did factory reset but still same issue. it is frustrating. i don't recommend to anyone and i never by LG products again. returning the TV soon. FYI i have best internet connection.

Wifi faulty annoying!

Arrived Broken

I have requested a replacement, which BestBuy accommodated, but now the TV has been delayed with no known date of shipment. Once I receive the new TV, I will up date this review accordingly.

TV stopped working in less than 2 weeks

We cannot get it to work now. I will call Best Buy tomorrow and see what my options are. I am NOT happy!!!

TV didn’t last two months

So far it’s has taken three weeks for it to be repaired. Also had buy an adapter to be able to set it up with our receiver even though it claims it would work with it.
