I have had another major brand of television. My new LG has the best picture and is the easiest to operate.

I ordered the TV for Black Friday since they were sold out in my closest store. So far, the television is great. I mounted it to a wall, and the picture and sound quality are superb. My only complaint—thus the 4 stars and not 5–is that the menu is huge. There are way too many options and subtle picture options that barely look different. Then there are options to adjust each of those individual picture selections. You can really get stuck in a rabbit hole of trying to find the perfect setting, and really, they all look great.

We needed a television for our rental property and didn't want to break the bank. We also didn't want to provide our renters with a "cheap" looking TV. This worked out very well because it didn't cost much and the picture quality is that of a high dollar television.

Great Tv for a great price. I am a long fan of LG products as they provide great quality at affordable prices.

My husband preferred a larger tv, but this model was a super affordable price and the 4K tv has the qualities and apps of a high-end tv!

Great tv for my teeneager. Was easy to set up took less than 5 minutes and he was gaming. He said the picture quality of the 4K is great!

TV has good picture and decent options especially for the value, sound could be better and does not have Bluetooth connection

It's a solid 4KTV with HDR. The built-in WebOS apps are pretty great too. Picture quality is decent and content looks good on it.

Great picture, WebOS 3.5 is smooth and 4k HDR is great for this price.

Very nice picture and sound. Very good color. Like the remote access button to NETFLIX and Amazon. Navigation a little cumbersome.

Good price. Easy to setup and use. Screen saver on by default. No issue so far after over 1 year.

Read many of the reviews before purchasing and found out why people had complained about the spotty wifi connection. For some unknown reason, like it has a mind of it's own, it won't connect. Wait an hour and no problem. Just had them do an update and had hoped it would have a fix, but nope. Anyone at LG listening ? Can you help us out? The picture is very good, controls, ok, and otherwise it was a good purchase.

Great picture and 'smart" function were easy setup. Scrolling in the LG menu does take some getting used to
