I bought this TV as a replacement for a 40” Samsung that started to pixelate after some 10 years and a complete capacitor overhaul. My first Smart TV and I’m impressed. Always a fan of LG products and this is no exception. The menu interfaces are clear and easy to navigate. The picture quality is phenomenal and offers great options for fine-tuning to your environment. Outstanding price to value ratio.

Came in perfect condition. Decent sized tv. Good picture (after adjusting picture and energy settings). Very easy to setup.

We had a smaller LG tv & this one was just as easy to set up & navigate through the apps as our previous one. Connection to WiFi was also easy. The remote has a few new features like actual buttons for Netflix & Amazon. We do not have cable, only an antenna so the regular channels only look clear if they are digital. Netflix movies look great & so do blu rays which we played on a 4K blu ray player. Overall though a great picture especially for the price of the tv. Only $329.99 on Black Friday,

We bought this while on vacation in Panama City Beach for Thanksgiving. The price was great because of Best Buy's black Friday sale. It's our 1st smart TV so we still have lots to figure out but we love it. It's got a clean crisp picture and black backgrounds are not blurry like on my older TV. The sound is not the best but we do have a sound bar that helps. Overall for the price a nice TV.

I bought this online while I was in your store and did not want to stand in the VERY LONG Black Friday SALE line. There were not any directions, so setting up we had a few glitches, but once we got all the cables in all the correct spots, I was extremely happy with the picture quality. I noticed that we do not have YOUTUBE though... I did not know that not all Smart TV's do not all have the same apps. Someone told me I may be able to download it on the TV. I haven't tried this yet.
