One star came off because literally the day we purchased this item LG sent out a message to our TVs saying that it will no longer have YouTube access the application was going away. That's the only thing she watches. We had to hook up an Xbox one to stream it. Kinda defeats the reason for buying this model tv for us.

Great budget TV!

The only complaint I have with the TV is occasionally the screen will go black for about 3 seconds and the picture comes back on like nothing happened. I’ve had the TV for over 3 years and it still runs like new. Constantly watching movies and playing games on a daily basis.

Amazing deal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My husband and I went in just to browse Black Friday deals, we desperately needed to upgrade my 32 inch 720 tv! This 4K tv had amazing quality and Best Buy had the best deal around we checked out target and amazon (our go tos) and nothing compared to the top quality and reasonable price Best Buy offered for this tv. It’s been a couple months and no problems at all just an awesome TV.
