We bought this as a gift for my brother who is a tech head and he’s happy with it. The picture quality, and contrast ratio is good, it’s straight forward use, the speakers need improving but he has it set up to speakers, the apps are good too but it would be better if new apps could be added.

We really like this tv. Easy to use and has good picture quality. The sound is surprisingly good as well, however my husband did choose to purchase a sound bar just because...and that's nice too. Price was good, service was good. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The price was good. The picture is good. The only issue I have so far is the ease of use for WiFi. We live where the WiFi is poor so I have used the hotspot on my phone (unlimited data) it worked great the first time but then I can’t figure out how to get it to find it again. Not a lot of instruction.

I used this TV in bedroom. Good size. Good brightness. Must be at least 10 feet away to get clear picture. I got this at Open Box price, so good value for me. Might have gone a different route if at full price. Geek Squad installed with mount..did great job.

We bought this TV right before Black Friday and got a great price on it. We wanted a smart TV that wouldn't break the bank and this is it. I think the only thing that bothers me is switching between live TV and HDMI ports but it's not that big of an issue.

This is my first smart tv and I really like it. It has Netflix, prime video, and Hulu built in (plus more). My only complaint is that the Hulu app doesn't allow you to switch profiles on the account which gets kinda annoying if you're watching the same show as someone else on the account at different times

I just am in the process of fully setting up all the features. I chose this TV because I wish to only use wireless. Clear beautiful pictures without interruption. The speakers are amazing. I'll be getting an extender for web surfing and using my cable TV Ap. I'm loving it so far! Would pick this one again.

I got this TV as a gift for my parents and hung it on the wall it was very easy to install and looks great. The Smart capabilities work well and are really quick on a wireless connection. Haven't had any problems and still looks and functions wonderfully.

I bought a floor model of the LG 4K Ulta HD TV. I had been looking for a HD TV with a minimum of 3 HDMI inputs which this TV has, but I wasn’t willing to spend $500 to $800 for a TV. This TV was in good shape and I am impressed with the clarity and features.

This TV has exceeded my expectations. LG is a well known brand but this TV is a great product. They say this is an entry level 4k TV but to me entry level is great for me. The volume has exceeded my expectations also. This TV is a 9.5 on a scale of 10!

Good quality and cool features. The only thing is that the Smart apps are from Amazon and that might limit some choices...also wi-if connection drops at times and the TV needs to be reset because it cannot reconnect. If I had to do this again I would get the same TV but without the smart apps.

This TV was very easy to set up, and for the one question I had to call LG customer service, I had almost no wait time and the rep was extremely helpful and courteous. The picture is good, not great - I liked my old Plasma picture better!

for clarifcation, the BestBuy website says this TV does not have HDR. It does. It doesn't have the Dolby version, but it has the other version that every manufacturer can use without paying Dolby

I purchased this LG TV on sale during pre-black Friday. While not knowing what to expect as it was my first LG television purchase, I was pleasantly surprised at the great picture and sound. And the price was right. I would definitely recommend this tv.

This is my first experience buying an LG TV. So far I’m quite pleased & satisfied with the quality & performance of the product. Even now I can make my soundbar automatically controlled from the LG TV remote which it didn’t work that way with my old TV.

Got this TV in BlackFriday Deal, Even after increasing brightness also, picture looks like dark. 70% marks for Picture quality, Sound 80 %, Remote 60%(still they can simply for smart tv) Finley its okey okey type TV, for that budget.

When I ordered the first one after few days it started showing huge black blocking at the bottom of the TV. Best buy replaced it immediately on my request. The new one has been running great without any issues. It has awesome picture and sound quality. Really happy with it.

I purchased this tv in best buy at Black Friday Season. TV plastic seems too cheap, but once I turned it on, I had experienced great screen and clear picture quality. And LG webOS 3.0 interface is very easy to navigate TV. I am absolutely satisfying.

Wanted to get the advertised doorbuster at black Friday but none were left when I got there 2hrs before doors opened (guess I would have to camp out). Instead got this 4k UHD smart TV and was still pleased with the deal. The smart features are great!
