Was pretty easy to set up except when it came to some of features that didn't make sense when there wasn't an option that made sense to choose, so you just had to pick a default option. And then it took awhile to get out of it before it would accept it. So that part was a little frustrating.

I always the samsung fan, I was surprise by the quality of the image , 4k Uhd.deep in DNR and clear color, but internal speaker seem to lack. Adjust speaker mode, still keep volume at high to hear well. My previous tv keep about 8 to 10 can hear entire room , this one have to be around 15 or more.

For a 2nd set that goes in the bedroom, this TV performs very well and has good resolution and HDR performance. Is it as good as the TOP brands, no. It is, however, much better than many of the lesser brands that LG competes against. At the pre-Christmas sales going on, this is an excellent TV!

The picture looks decent except it doesn't have enough brightness for some dark scenes and I have to run it on vivid to have a chance at making out some more detail. Also sound is a lot better with a sound bar than on the tv alone as the speakers are kinda quiet.

Happy with the picture quality although haven't tried streaming the 4k content yet. The smart TV streaming has been really slow and had to use a Roku player which worked just fine. It sort of nullifies the advantage of having a Smart TV.

The only thing we don’t like about this TV is when you change channels, the number is very small and if you don’t know what station you are looking for, It hard to see. There might be a way to change this to a larger text, but we haven’t figured it out.

The is is my 3rd LG TV purchase and my first with 4k screen resolution. The screen clarity and sound is amazing. Although it is the smallest TV in our home it is certainly the best where quality is concerned. Would definitely recommend as a great buy!

I searched for a new 4K Smart TV for my PS4 and I was initially skeptical of this model for such an amazing price. However, the tv was easy to install and the display of the tv is amazing. I have no complaints about this product, definitely a good buy!

The Best Buy are the greatest electronic store ever , I found this tv for only 320 including taxes the resolution quality surpassed my expectations , Great Job Best Buy For always have the best PROMOTIONS , also the staff was really profesional .

We happened to be in the store on the day they had some of these on sale and in stock - we are not patient shoppers! We got excellent help, a nice comparison between features of TVs of this size, and are very pleased with our purchase.

Disappointed that I can't download Apps like I can on our Sony smart TV. Also, it doesn't let me send things from my Apps on my iPad to the TV like the Sony does. If I knew all of this before, I probably would have bought another Sony even though it was more money.

I thought for a reputable manufacture such as LG, the problem of dead pixels should have been resolved after 30 years since LCD panels became mainstream. I stopped checking for them for the last 10 years for all my electronic devices that came with a screen. I guess I was wrong to assume that. LG will not allow any kind of exchange (only repair....from a shop one hour away!) and Best Buy doesn't care because I didn't pay for the "plan". I was hoping for too much for $300 now I might have to live with five super annoying bright pixels in the middle of the screen. You get what you pay for.

Bought this as a secondary TV in the house. I use it to watch local channels using an amplified antenna. Works great and easy to use controls when I want to switch over to Netflix or Amazon. The built-in TV speakers aren’t the best, but they do the job

I must say im not a professional when it comes to tv but i think this tv is pretty good. I didnt have any problems with the installation. It doesnt come with pandora app. The image quality is good for for some netflix shows its not as great. I do recommend the produxt

I was very Pleased with my Purchase until I realize it was broken, it was discovered when a family member was unpacking it, I was very Disappointed & then it was not covered by the insurance I got @ time of purchased...so I had to purchase another T.V,....more debts

The TV was very easy to put together, just 4 screws into the legs and done. The TV has a very nice image. I can only get Netflix and a few other Apps in 4K, but that image is great and I can tell the difference between 2160P and 1080P pretty easily at that point.

got this LG TV on black friday as well! finally have my first big TV at bedroom that I can watch netflix or amazon prime at night! super happy. The TV design is pretty sleek and overall the quality of the image is great.

TV is nice. Remote only works from about 4 feet away. Not sure what is wrong with it. I’m going to see if I can bring it back and get a 55” instead of a 50”. I assume the remote will work on the next one.

My only wish is that there was 1 additional HDMI port (I have my soundbar, cable box, and Apple TV....and I've reached the max), but I've found a way to work around that.
