Expected more for the cost!

This TV ranked high so I decided to pay more than I had planned. It has a good picture but the sound is not good. I have to turn it up and down throughout the program I am watching which is annoying. My seats are not too far from the TV. The sound is just not good. I am going to purchase a sound bar to see if that helps. I am disappointed as I expected more based on my research and the price I paid.
