Great but would like to get next level or more like 800 or 900 level. But good value for the money.

I bought this TV to replace an older LG tv that had served us well.. I was disapointed in both the picture and the sound. The picture just seemed "washed out" to me and the sound was disappointing. While watching shows or movies, we would constantly have to adjust the volume - it would be too low for voice, but then too loud for action.

I bought this TV as "step in between" the "regular" model and the OLED model. I can't really tell if its better the lessor models. Plus with the dynamic contrast there are vertical bars of lights that are noticeably shut off when next to its counterparts that are on, very annoying. Either save your money and get the cheaper model or splurge and get the OLED.

LG makes a good quality TV, however I am a gamer and this tv was really struggling to give me the right blacks and contrast. It was very limited in settings and I couldn't adjust it very much, so I took it back. After a lot of research I settled on the Samsung Q80T 55" and I feel even though it was a little more expensive, it was worth it!

No complaints so far.. and we've had it several weeks.

Love it!!!!! The 4k view is awesome it's a must try.

I like this tv, I do prefer the Samsung I have over this for ease of use purposes.

I replaced a 20 year old tv. therefore, any new tv would be awesome. This was no exception

Set up and use is difficult! Based on the price of other television the unit is expensive

hard to set up but my wife got it. Remote is very hard to use; can't figure it out yet.

The tv was listed as "satisfactory" (may have some cosmetic flaws) But the tv didn't work correctly I only had the tv for two days. It had some problem receiving video signal. U could hear the audio but screen was black. I spoke directly to LG technical who tried to help over the phone, but eventually referred me back to Best Buy. I spent hours being on hold with Best Buy with more than one call, and spoke to a number of people. Only one guy was skilled enough to know what I was talking about. They had no other models to replace it with, so I had to chose another TV and pay an additional $134 which was the cheapest option. Also had to pay a local person to have it installed, removed, and another one installed. Too much time and $ spent resolving this problem which was caused by Best buy selling me a faulty product ! NOT a good experience at all

The advice from the salesperson was right on point! Glad that I took his advice :-)

Did not get to Try it out when I got a whole the whole screen was cracked

Great TV for the money. Speakers can be a little better.

Good tv for the price bought this display model as is

it's a bit 'tinny', need to use settings quite a bit to get best picture
